Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If a pre-paid return label was included in your package, you may return your merchandise using that return shipping label for a nominal fee. If no return label was included please reference the instructions below to determine how to return your product. Please identify your circumstance from the options below and follow the associated instructions:

If you have a packing slip:
1. Complete and enclose the return form located on the reverse side of your packing slip with your return package.
2. Follow the below packaging and shipping instructions depending on the weight of the
item(s) you are returning:

Returns weighing less than 70 pounds:
1. Affix the FedEx Smartpost return label over the original shipping label on the package. Keep the small sticker-copy of the tracking number for your records.

2. Give the package to any USPS mail carrier or drop off at any FedEx location. Pay no postage up front; for use of this service a flat fee of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund on merchandise weighing less than 10 lbs. and $14.95 will be deducted for merchandise weighing more than 10lbs. Please note that the FedEx Smartpost return label can only be used for returns from within the United States.
3. If you are returning from inside the U.S.A. and do not have a SmartPost label, please use your preferred carrier to return to us. For Canadian customer returns, please click here to obtain a return shipping label. If returning merchandise from outside of the U.S. and Canada, please ship via your preferred traceable shipping method to the address below.

Returns weighing over 70 pounds:
1. Affix this FedEx Ground return label over the original shipping label on the package. Keep the small sticker-copy of the tracking number for your records.

2. Take the package to any FedEx location. Visit FedEx.com for the drop off location closest to you. Pay no postage up front; a flat fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your refund for the use of the service. Please note that the FedEx Ground return label can only be used for returns from the 48 contiguous United States.
If you are returning from inside the U.S.A. and do not have a FedEx Ground label, please send via your preferred carrier. For Canadian customer returns, please click here to obtain a return shipping label. If returning merchandise from outside of the U.S. and Canada, please ship via your preferred traceable shipping method to the address below.

If you do not have your packing slip, but you have your confirmation email or order number
1. Please print your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and include it in your return. Alternatively, you may provide a printout of your order details from the Order Tracking page. Enter your order number and billing zip code to view your order details, print this page out and include it with your return.
2. Download the form below and complete Sections 2, 3, and 4 to expedite the returns process. Additionally, Sections 5 and 6 are required to process an exchange.

2. Download the form below and complete Sections 2, 3, and 4 to expedite the returns process. Be sure to include your order number in Section 2. Additionally, Sections 5 and 6 are required to process an exchange.
